At Threshold Billing Solutions, we’re on a mission to help behavioral health providers get the revenue cycle management they need, without sacrificing their time with patients. Our team is made up of people who have experienced the ups and downs of addiction, and we’re passionate about creating a joyful life in recovery.
We stay up-to-date with the ever-changing world of health insurance, and we’re always on the lookout for new ways to tackle the roadblocks that come with behavioral health billing.
Founder
Elly Golesh
Elly initially considered working as a dental assistant, salesperson, and in the mortgage industry, but she did not discover her true passion until she started working in the behavioral health industry in 2015. Although she is not in recovery herself, she felt compelled to assist anyone dealing with addiction or mental health problems due to her relationships with people close to her. After two years, she co-founded Threshold Billing Solutions with Jeremiah, and the rest is history.
AUTHORIZATIONS DIRECTOR
Michael Findeis
Michael has more than 30 years of clinical experience in substance abuse and mental health, including direct client services, administration, and management at all levels of care. Since 1993, he has been using the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and provides training on various substance abuse and mental health assessment instruments and best practice clinical documentation for all of our facilities and professional conferences. He prioritizes creating reasonable, manageable, and sustainable system, documentation processes, and procedures while ensuring that they maintain client-specific clinical value and meet insurers’ expectations.

Tim Sandoval
Tim attained sobriety on October 1, 2019, and after completing his treatment successfully, he expressed a keen interest in helping others in their recovery journey. Consequently, we welcomed him to our team in an entry-level role. Tim’s unwavering dedication to aiding others in their sobriety quickly became apparent, and he progressed through the ranks of our organization. He currently holds the esteemed position of Director of Billing and Claims, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities can deliver top-notch services to their clients.

Jeremiah Golesh
Jeremiah (JP) Golesh, a true leader, partner, and friend with a passion to help others living with mental health and substance abuse, left this world on February 24, 2024.
After starting in the behavioral health industry in 2013 his dream in life was to open a company that not only helped people, but also hired people that felt that there was no next step in life or felt as lost as he once felt. He achieved that dream when he opened Threshold Billing Solutions.
